The first episode that had hit Disney+ in last October 2019 with reported that now the new streaming platform has over more than 10 million subscribers, call out to whelming people which rumored to have a new director to the episode of this Star-War series in the next season. The first season of the hit Disney+ series featured episodes directed by Deborah Chow (Better Call Saul), Rick Famuyiwa (Dope), Dave Filoni (Star Wars: The Clone Wars), Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World) and Taika Waititi (Thor: Ragnarok).
Robert Rodriguez from "Alita Battle Angel" and James Mangold from the movie "Logan" will be in the new episode of the series, according to the report from /Film, Robert was set to direct the Mandalorian at least one episode in season2.
James Mangold previously scrapped rumors that he was involved with directing the second season.
However, a statement from Rodriguez was never made regarding his involvement and it is now likely he will be announced as one of the directors attached for the highly anticipated second season.

Other directors confirmed for season 2 so far include Jon Favreau, cast member Carl Weathers, and returning director Dave Filoni. Adding Rodriguez to this group makes for a very exciting lineup for season 2.
